A team member visits your PG in person to inspect it.
Photography
Professional photos of rooms, common areas and the property.
Video walkthrough
A walkthrough video students can watch before they visit.
1-year validity
Your Verified badge stays active on the listing for 1 year.
Visit & refund policy
We aim to complete your visit within 7–10 days of payment. If we're unable to schedule a visit within that window, we'll refund the verification fee in full.
